A little poem a depressed friend of mine gave me:

I'll draw a pretty picture,

english manipulation.

english is sometimes an easy language to manipulate.

for example:

If you punctuate the following statement differently, can mean different things.

Men without us Women are helpless.

As a Man would punctuate it:
Men, without us, Women are helpless.

As a Woman would punctuate it:
Men! Without us Women, are helpless.

you can also do math with letters!

for example:

A + E = ate

A x E = axe

A little nonsense

I say: The phenomenal occurence that has currently concluded was quite the sensational show of musical adequence and technical ability.

He says: What did you do, eat a dictionary?

I say: I took in a few extra books and expanded my already extensive vocabulary.

He says: Oh, that explains it.
